We have two exam rooms to help keep appointments flowing and decrease waiting time.
Our 'dog room' is equipped with a video endoscope which provides the ability to visualize the ear canal and ear drum, and anything else that might be living in there!
In our effort to reduce our carbon footprint in the world and save paper, we are now using paperless medical records. We recently had our computers upgraded to handle the extra information load they will receive now and linked our software program to all of our office forms and documents. No paper file for you pet means less waiting times for our clients, as all your pet’s information is accessible in our laptop computers in each exam room. Though we are still going through some growing pains with the new system, we are still finding it much easier to use! We thank you for your patience with us!
