We have had so many happy years, you wouldn’t want me to suffer so,

Although my tail its last has waved, from pain and suffering I have been saved.

I’ll miss his eyes, his handsome face,

No other cat could take his place.

I’ll miss his sweet, gentle purr,

I’ll even miss his bright orange fur.

I’ll miss our special cuddle times,

that made me wish he was all mine.

I'll miss his cute adoring looks when I scratched beneath his chin

And our disagreements over desk space, that he always seemed to win.

I think I might even miss catering to his every whim,

But most of all, yes most of all, I'll just miss him.
